Power lock on driver's door was jamming, and would not allow the door to be opened unless the key was used. Problem solved by taking apart the door & latch assembly, cleaning, lubing, and replacing. Seat belt latch was jamming for the driver's seat, making it very difficult to unlatch the seat belt & get out of the car. Problem was fixed by simply spraying some WD-40 into latch.

Front right spring broke, also cracked the strut. It turned out the spring was covered under a warranty extension for that one part, but Ford never notified us of any warranty extension, so we paid out of pocket not knowing of the coverage. Cheap plastic thermostat housing cracked and leaked out all the coolant causing the engine to overheat. The car only has 39K miles on it, things like that should never happen on a car with that low mileage.
