At first, there was nothing desirable about the Focus. I had to search and search for its potential and finally started liking it. Then it broke down... twice.

Past personal experience

I like the fact that a lot of people drive them. Also, that the 2.3l Duratec that mine had in it was underestimated much of the time. That was when it was mobile though...

Fuel economy

I could go for days without filling it up if I drove like a normal person. I put almost 200 miles on it in two weeks so that good fuel economy helped.

Dealer practices

I was ripped off by Capital Ford (or rather my mother was). She bought both of the cars (04 and 08 Focus) for sticker price and stretched out payments. Then, the dealership was determined to get me, an 18 year old, a brand new car smh. I wish I had money.
