It ranks just below the Prius for MPG. My son who bought a 2008 Civic Hybrid says he is getting better than rated MPG. I am trading in a 2005 Honda Accord Hybrid because the city MPG is not anywhere near what I was led to believe.
Civic has always been rated very high for reliability by Consumer Reports. Owners have told me that they enjoy good Honda relationships. My Accord was very well taken care of by our local dealership.
Very impressed as to the Nav system. Although I have a portable Nav it does not do all the things that this new system does.
On the test drive I tried the brakes by stopping fast. There was a good reaction time. The body is highly rated for all around protection.
