Reliability & durability

Owned for 14 months and 15K miles with ZERO problems! No issues whatsoever!

Fuel economy

Always want more MPG but it is at least 25% better than my 2006 Ford Explorer. After 15K miles of highway, city and occasionally pulling a 5'x10' trailer, I'm averaging exactly 20.9 MPG.

Rear seat room & comfort

Need 7 passenger seating and the Sorento has delivered. Used 3rd row quite a few times with children AND adults. No complaints, although 3rd ride was usually no more than one hour.

Ride smoothness

One day 10 hour drive to Disney was smooth and comfortable, as good as any car I've ever driven.

Materials & workmanship

All the "hard" finish on the dash is a little much. Couldn't some of the plastic have been softer?

Powertrain performance

Occasional jerkiness in shifting, but with 100K warranty on drive train, I'm not concerned.
