recall to check fluid in radiator, had slightly loose seat trim re attached, oil change (dealer does for free) tires rotated and balanced, and 10,000 mile service done. Car still rides handles and looks like new.

car taken to dealer for oil change and have passenger side seat belt buckle replaced, (would not buckle well if cold) the rubber seal around drivers door was replaced (it was falling apart) The front end checked. During cold weather the front end made a loud creaking noise over every bump) Since would only occur when cold they kept it until the squeak occurred. They replaced some bushings and did a TSB modification to the passenger side and drivers side. However after having the car a couple days the car had to be taken back to dealer due a new noise from the front end that sounded like grinding or creaking noise. The dealer said the had to re-torque some loose suspension components and was very vague. The car drives fine and I still love it but the steering wheel is now not completely straight.

The radio was rebooting after purchase. A s/w update eliminated most of the reboots. However, the system still froze when trying to listen to music on an iPhone attached via USB. Bluetooth audio also stopped. Dealer is replacing entire entertainment system based on previously problem.
Jun 2015

Same problem continues. The dealer has tried updating the s/w, replacing the head unit and even the memory card with nav maps. It has now been escalated to Mazda corporate. Same as all other trips. Tried one new s/w update but no change. Likely this is a lemon. Mazda is researching this issue but has no definitive solution.

Known TSB to correct some suspension noises. Fixed in production in later cars, retroactive fit available for owners who are complain-y like I am. This was NOT a safety issue. Merely a noise thing, same as 1st repair, for a picky owner.
