Watch out for the phantom braking on this vehicle. This is particularly present in vehicles that have switched to Vision only and done away with radar, and/or ones that had radar, and that radar was disabled by the FSD. It is very dangerous.

Best audio system of any car I've had, or been in, period. Its unbelievably good.
I had the LR version, and I paid an extra $2k to get more performance, getting the 0-60 to 4.2s. This thing is insanely quick, and very fun to drive. Very nice and tight steering, and handling is surprisingly good. So super smooth.
While the Tesla's seats are not as adjustable as some comparably priced CUVs, the seats are very comfortable.
Find CNet's review of the Model Y. I had exactly what they had. Tesla's move to Vision only for autopilot was a huge mistake. I don't know why the phantom braking is only happening to some people, but after my radar was disabled by the FSD feature, the car routinely did emergency braking for no reason on highways, and even when I didn't have cruise control on - it would see vehicles in front of me that were not there, and emergency brake in the middle of a major road. After 6 very close calls with kids in the car,and Tesla not even wanting to look at the car, or acknowledging that there is an issue, I gave up, and sold the car. Luckily resale is really good, and I got what I paid for it. But it was extremely disappointing to say the least. This car is very unsafe. Aside from phantom braking, the lack of blind spot monitoring is a major faux pas in such an expensive car.
The Model Y is a very heavy car, and it doesn't have adjustable suspension. When you drive over bumpy or pothole ridden roads, it gets really uncomfortable, and that's with 19" wheels. With 20" or 21", it just gets worse. This car badly needs adjustable suspension. Luckily, this shouldn't be a reason not to buy it because Unplugged Performance offers adjustable suspensions custom built for the Model Y that fix this issue.
Nothing new to Tesla folks, but this car had all sorts of quality issues, including in my case, the frame around the window rusting after two months. When you spend close to $60k on a car, you don't expect this. Hell, I don't expect this on a $15k car.
Tesla needs to fix the phantom braking issue and add blind spot monitoring, and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. Until then, this is an amazing car that is let down in a big way.
