Weak air conditioning. 2018 Toyota Corolla Pros and Cons deltatrue basic Toyota blah. Smooth ride but sloppy handling.Horrible steering! Electronic assist has "turbo lag". Even minor turns or curves require constant steering correction after. Certainly annoying after owning a Jetta. Smooth ride otherwise. Very good brakes. |

Just a very few but significant complaints. 2013 Toyota Corolla Pros and Cons Member3181 The Corolla handles well except on a windy highway where the sway induced by wind gusts is quite disturbing and can almost be dangerous. Otherwise the handling is good for the level of power (not much) |

2014 Toyota Corolla S Review Official TrueDelta review by Michael Karesh As noted earlier, Toyota sacrificed ride quality in pursuit of sharper handling. Consider this goal partially realized. The Corolla does have a sharper, more direct feel than more refined competitors, including the Sentra. I personally find this refreshing, as the pursuit of refinement elsewhere has often rendered cars thoroughly uninvolving.... Comparison vehicle: 2013 Nissan Sentra |
Econocar with nothing more 2010 Toyota Corolla Pros and Cons Member4871 Handling seems fine, until you give it something it cant handle. Grip will be fine until it is not. There is not a "warning zone" of tire squeal to let you know you're at the edge. Once the tires go, they dont affect the direction of travel much at all.... |

1st time buyer: long time shopper 2010 Toyota Corolla Pros and Cons Member5688 There is currently an issue with some(?) corolla's where you have to do micro-movements on the wheel to keep this in place. There's an actual TSB out on it that can get this fixed however. And plus I have both hands on the steering wheel and I'd like... |

2010 Toyota Corolla Pros and Cons Member5043 There is 0 steering feel and the car has "fat puppy butt" syndrome when taking corners at speed. |

2005 Toyota Corolla Pros and Cons Member106 Braking distance is tbd... standard rear drum brakes - lol.. |

2002 Toyota Corolla Pros and Cons A member in Ontario, Canada Never been taken by surprise of how the car react. Ideal combination of engine, transmition and size of the car. Even without any extras had no problem handling the car when turning or stopping |
|
2002 Toyota Corolla Pros and Cons Member4914 It was smooth and easy to drive. It had a tight turning radius, accelerated very quickly and felt like a much more expensive car. |

2010 Toyota Corolla Pros and Cons Member4547 Very Twitchy. Had to constantly keep "micro" adjusting the steering while going down the highway at 60 mph. |

2009 Toyota Corolla Pros and Cons Member3178 Steering is vague and over-assisted. Twitchy on highways. |

2009 Toyota Corolla Pros and Cons threeputt Fair amount of body lean and soft suspension overall. The steering provides very little feedback to the driver. You will not confuse this with a current Mazda3 (which I also own). |

2005 Toyota Corolla Pros and Cons Member1411 Capable factory anti sway bars front and back, appropriate tires and wheel size and good shocks make handling at speed and on twisties quite enjoyable. Car feels well-balanced for a FF layout, and torque steer is manageable with only ~160BHP. |

2005 Toyota Corolla Pros and Cons A member in New South Wales, Australia is easily upset by mid-corner bumps. either stick to smooth roads or SLOW DOWN! Exhibits a LOT of bump steer. |

2006 Toyota Corolla Pros and Cons Member600 The XRS has a unique set up as far as its suspension goes. The shock towers are stiffened by connecting them to one another and it makes the handling top notch for a front wheel drive car. |

2008 Toyota Corolla Pros and Cons A member in Minnesota, United States Handles well like most smaller cars. |
