How big are the dogs? 2 Chihuahuas take up a tiny amount of space. 2 of my big life-stock-guarding dogs (28-29 inches at the shoulder, 3 ft from base of neck to base of tail and 95-120 lbs) take up more space than even so-called wagons like the Audis or Cadillac have even with the rear passenger seat down.
