I've listed feature availability among the why-nots for one reason: in North America you cannot get the new Audi TT with a manual transmission. Then again, you cannot get an all-wheel drive BMW 2 Series with one, either. Some people might also care that you cannot get a sunroof with the TT, though a convertible will be offered in the future. see full Audi TT review
