116000 mi US $12 It was a bad A.I.R. check valve. Took just a few minutes to replace. 
125000   Radiator had small leak at one of the side seals. Changed radiator and all hoses, along with new coolant. 1 month later had to change fitting on heater core that broke; include it here because I should have changed it along with hoses. 
139700   Truck had been hard to start when warm, though would run fine after starting. Replaced fuel pressure regulator.
