186000 mi   Cruise control became intermittent and finally stopped working. Could not switch the cruise "ON". Occasional SRS warning light came on. Checked on internet and found a recall to replace the clock spring in the steering wheel. Fixed free by dealer. 
194680 C $300 Just after car was started, the transmission did not drive the car. It took a minute for transmission to warm up or get pressure or something, to move the car. I think that this was caused by a blocked transmission oil filter. Leaky pipes replaced

202120   Rotors and pads replaced by owner. Rusty hubs caused rotor wobble and consequent brake pulsing and juddering. Repair shop cleaned hubs and checked runout until runout was less than 0.003". Brakes now work OK 
202740   Rear exhaust manifold cracked and progressively made more and more noise and smell until owner did not want to live with the problem any more. Repair shop removed cracked manifold and replaced with new one. Car now quieter. Muffler, which had been replaced previously and "guaranteed for life" was rattling, and this became noticeable after manifold leak repaired. Repair shop replaced muffler under warranty. Owner paid only labour.

226260   Brake lights failed sometime over the weekend. Checked the fuse under the hood marked "Brake lights" and it was OK. Removed the switch under the dash which is operated by the brake pedal. One of the contacts had broken. Replaced switch.

177100 mi C $4500 Master brake cylinder failed less than 18 hours after dealer completed brake repairs. Dealer claims it is a coincidence, that the car was so old this was bound to happen. Charged me an extra $355.28 for attempting to murder me. P0406 EGR failure. Oil leak repaired (cam seals, front crank seal, rear cam plugs, timing belt, pcv valve, pcv hose, serpentine belt tensioner, valve cover gaskets, engine shampoo) Replaced rack and pinion assembly. Wheel alignment. 
208320   OBDC error code P0403 = bad EGR Oil pressure sensor failure causing alarm. Replaced sensor.
