Total failure of head require new replacement. Detected failure by way of oil analysis. Mileage at failure was 41754. Repair successful. Engine would warm up no sign of any problem. Finally noticed gases escaping radiator when eng. cold.
Boost sensor failed. Replaced sensor
Adjusted valves and CP3 pump timing.
Exhaust pipe rotted out. Replaced defective pipe with SS and added a resonator. The entire exhaust is now a 5" SS system with a MBPR performance muffler and a resonator from FTE Diesel.
4th and 5th fuel line came loose and had to be replaced.
Serpentine belt and idle pulley had to be replaced
Leaking fuel line(s)(maybe), Both fuel lines replaced.
I noticed coolant under my wife's truck. It's under warranty (extended) but it's a $200 deductable....so I tightened up some fittings & now I'm good. I won't do anything to the vehicle if it voids the warranty.
