52300 mi Fuel gauge isn't working - I've taken it in for repairs but have had to reschedule due to heavy volume of vehicles needing work, ahead of mine. I am still waiting to get it looked at to see how much it will cost and if covered under warranty

48000 mi

US $310
Positive battery terminal (aka circuit breaker assembly) corroded. Dealer quoted battery harness cable replacement at 701.42. I refused the service and found the needed part number in an on-line Ford user forum-Ford OEM part number DA8Z-14526-A (Circuit Breaker Assembly). I ordered the part myself at a cost of 40.93. It took less than 15 minutes to replace. I informed the dealer and they were ambivalent about it. Left blower motor door clicking noise - had to have motor replaced $229.00
