May 2006   Change of steering system in warranty 
Sep 2008 €1400 Change of gas pedal system. I'm not sure about the term, but car would not move when I pressed gas pedal. 
Aug 2010   Lambda sensors replaced. Paid 350euros 
Dec 2011   Replaced rotors and pads. Paid 450euros 
May 2014   Water pump was leaking, temp went up. Fortunately, fan was screaming while working at very high rpm's, so I found out almost immediately and pulled over.

Apr 2010 C $450 expansion tank replaced (rotted plastic)and one rad hose fell off because it had gone soft. 
May 2010   Both headlight adjusting mechanisms broken. Cheap white plastic units break, they become brittle with heat generated from bulb. A shock or just closing the hood can break them , lightsnow aim at the ground. I only replaced one due to cost.

Jun 2010   Hand brake mechanism failed Bushings in rear suspension worn and replaced 
Jul 2010   right front headlight bulb replaced 
Apr 2011   X-type noted for rust behind rocker panel and below a pillar due to poor design and metal prep. Removed rocker panel and inspections plugs below a pillar, sprayed Eastgate inner frame rust encapsulator to prevent rust 
Sep 2012   key fobs 
Jun 2014   hose barb on coolant reservoir broke, replaced reservoir 
Aug 2014   Upper radiator hose assembly replaced as the thermostat was leaking where it mated to engine block. 
Dec 2014   Radiator failed, replaced by dealer. 
Mar 2015   leaking ac compressor
