Jan 2014 US $200 Leaking transmission pan seal. Fix was relatively trivial. Only repair I've had on this car in 5 years.

Nov 2012 US $1000 Needed new transmission line - started leaking trans fluid. $280 part plus 5 hours labor. 
May 2013   Took car in for oil and filter change. Driving home I stopped at gas station and upon leaving gas station I could not get car out of reverse - trans was stuck in reverse. Tow back to dealer, told a bolt came loose, known issue but no recall.

Apr 2013 US $2900 Both front air shocks we replaced under extended warranty, $2700, flushed brake fluid, 200. 
Aug 2013   replace upper ball joints, 4 wheel alignment, front end control arms replaced, replaced right and left rear sway bar, stabilizing links and tie-rod ends, reprogram transmission shift module. All done under extended warranty. 
Jun 2014   replaced rear differential 
Sep 2014   Throttle Body sensor was replaced Thermostat and water pump replaced.

Mar 2013   Engine was suffering rough starts. Problem was traced to damaged fuel injectors (6 out of 8 cylinders). Injectors were ultrasonically cleaned, but remained pitted. Traded for a 2012 XJ.

May 2013 C $1300 Cooling hose under the supercharger was perforated. 
Jul 2013   Changed the Xenon light which is quite a challenge for a Jaguar. 
Feb 2014   Front passenger shock does not inflate anymore and has to be replaced. Car on limp mode. 
Mar 2014   They had to replace the height sensor.

May 2009 $1800 Radiator change due to radiator leak. Air Filter housing change due to broken latches not securing filter housing properly 
Jul 2009   Engine Fan failure. Replaced 
Aug 2009   Throttle body failure. Replaced 
Sep 2009   Gear box fluid seal leak. Replace gearbox valve body seals and change fluids. 
Oct 2009   Reprogramme transmission and transmission flush 
Nov 2009   General service and full fluid replacements, brake fluid, coolant, transmission, replacement. 
Dec 2010   Slow oil leak from sump area of engine. Gaskets replaced and car serviced. Transmission cooler leak into radiator. Radiator was replaced. Radiator was only about 15 months old and was replaced previously in 2009 due to a leak. 
Jan 2011   While waiting for new radiator and oil seals, supercharger seals and ?waste gate were replaced as they were worn / leaking. 
Feb 2011   Car sat idle at the workshop from Dec to February due to lack of spare parts locally, resulting in air suspension imbalance. Repeated calibration was not successful. This dragged on until March.  
Mar 2011   All shock absorbers and air pump replaced. Several calibration sessions followed until satisfactory in June. 
May 2011   Replace transmission fluid hard piping and anti-roll bar bushes (again, due to noise 2nd time in 2 years) 
Jul 2011   Wheel alignment done finally after suspension problems resolved. 
Mar 2013   Supercharger replacement due to loud bearing whine. This was done together with transmission repairs. 
May 2013   Air suspension not leveling properly. Took the entire time to troubleshoot and observe and replace suspension sensors and recalibrate system. 
Aug 2013   Air shock ruptured leaving the car suspension flat. Car had to be towed to the workshop. 
Mar 2014   Oil leak from engine Transmission seal leak. In car entertainment system problem. Radio button wouldn't work. Drivers's door handle won't open locked door from the inside. We changed the drivers' interior door latch/lock which had a broken return spring but that didn't solve the problem. We're now waiting for an updated ids computer system. Air suspension leak problem. 
Jun 2014   Third of 4 air shock absorbers leaking over the past 9 months. Decided to convert to coil spring system as the air spring system is too unreliable.
