68820 0 Excessive oil consumption. Dealer said it was leaking valve cover gasket. Turns out that the PCV valve failed as well. Ordered PCV Valve. Took to friend who owns shop to replace PCV Valve 
69440 400 Valve cover gasket was leaking. Changed sparkplugs as well since Intake Manifold had to be removed. 
71300 10 Drain bolt seal was worn and was no longer effective. Replaced drain bolt. 
72540 250 Oil pan gasket was leaking again. (was fixed under warranty in Dec 07). Mazda said it's out of warranty now so they won't do anything. Bought redesigned oil pan and replaced instead of replacing old gasket that will die again in a year.
