Nov 2009 57000 560 The vehicle was towed in to a Ford dealer. Problem was diagnosed as a plugged rear catalytic converter. They wanted $500+ for a replacement. I shopped around and found one for $90. They installed, it ran OK for 2 weeks. then plugged again Mazda dealer found the front left converter was degrading, plugging the rear. They replaced the bad converter with new under EPA mandated warranty as it was within the 96 month and mileage limit. ok so far 
Mar 2011 67000 700 Had to replace all 6 ignition coils and plugs. 
Apr 2011 67000 700 One month later the left side converter goes bad again and needs replaced again. this is the 3rd one for this vehicle.
