6-speed manual FWD		 The fuel economy is excellent on this car as long as you are not on the pedal too heavy. Freeway (70-75 mph) mileage is around 40 to 42 mpg. Rural highway (55-62 mph) 42-46 mpg. The worst mpg i have every experienced is 36.5. This was mostly in town with the AC on. see full Chevrolet Sonic review

6-speed shiftable automatic FWD		 I had a Choice between My Current Car, a Kia Rio , a Ford Focus and Mazda 3. Between ALL these only the Sonic was a Certified Pre-Owned Vheicle and the others were not.
