2005 Acura RL 4dr Sedan

300-horsepower 3.5L V6 5-speed shiftable automatic AWD

71000 mi

US $900		 Passenger seat will no longer recline. Worst case scenario, this issue alone could cost as much as $700 to repair. 
76300 mi Passenger door handle not locking doors.  
67000 mi Car makes scary noise during acceleration. For 30,000 miles, the dealer still cannot replicate the problem. They did this when we had our 2003 MDX for 44,000 miles. Finally I gave up and sold the MDX. After the RL no more damn Acuras for us. 
68000 mi Car still has tranny or engine problem described earlier. Dealer still says cannot replicate problem. Frustrating. It happens every day, but not to them? And it's very obvious. We have a terrible dealer.
