2005 Land Rover Range Rover 4dr SUV

282-horsepower 4.4L V8 5-speed shiftable automatic AWD w/low range

17000 mi Radio and CD player FREEZE and become inoperable. Car must be turned off, set alarm, unlock, and then it resets. Shops says cannot duplicate 
24400 mi Radio issue still happening. Loud noise like dentist drill running. Coming from passenger floor/console area. LR says cannot duplicate, no codes. 
31000 mi Now taking video of radio/cd player as well as noise. Have shown to dealer and they say they can't repair under warrenty unless it happens for them. cannot duplicate while at shop BUT HAVE VIDEO! 
43000 mi cd player, radio, nosie issue still a problem. they say they are sorry but can't do as warranty since they can't duplicate...said video shows all but they have to do what LRNA says
