48360 mi Rear wiper stuck in position. I removed the motor assembly and found wiper shaft binding in motor housing due to corrosion. I cleaned out corrosion, greased the housing and shaft and reassembled. Has been working fine since. 
35960 mi Hand brake release lever was broken. The hand brake lever was replaced by the dealers.
