Grinding noise from rear when making slow, tight turns (parking, etc) Shop found a TSB on this problem from Jan 2009. Rear transfer case (4Matic) gears grinding due to bad fluid. Replaced fluid, grinding gone, gears seem undamaged.

Passenger door lock was clicking when door was locked from inside the car using dash button. New lock put in, also noticed rusted harness and elements for passenger rear view mirror, mirror motor replaced. Oil change, tire rotation as well.
