The entire steering module from the dash to the steering wheel including the lockout antitheft system and ECM had to be replaced. This is due to a design feature locking the steering wheel for anti-theft purposes. A small Tumblr moves back-and-forth into place locking the steering wheel and this eventually wears out and disables the vehicle which will not start. |
