Starter was getting slow, especially on cold days, and started catching and squealing upon motor firing, every start. I bought new Bosche replacement for about $200. Slight leak in the steering rack. It takes an eighth of a quart of steering fluid to top it up every 5000 miles or so. Replacing the rack will cost $1000 for the remanufactured part if I do it myself, and around two grand at the dealer.

The seat lowering mechanism was replaced. The horn stopped functioning properly. It was explained that the horn gets replaced often due to its location being very wet from rain and car washes. The horn was replaced. There is a rattle behind the passenger seat which maybe the hatch. It seems to become less obtrusive when the body is hot and the hatch is adjusted. The technician was not able to replicate the noise.
