I took it to get the fluids topped off and the mechanic at the dealer noticed 4 oil leaks. I took it to an independent shop and two gaskets had to be replaced. We picked up the X5 for a few days while waiting on parts, on the way home from work one day the car absolutely shut down and left my wife stranded on the side of the highway. Fuel pump had apparently failed!!! We picked up the X5 from the shop because we were told it was ready to go, we made it less than five miles and the A/C quit blowing, we turned around and took it back. They told us the alternator failed.
