2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac 4dr SUT

210-horsepower 4.0L V6 5-speed automatic 4WD w/low range

82000 mi Timing chain broke causing catastrophic failure. Engine replaced under warranty. 
85000 mi Throttle position sensor wires started to melt causing the check engine light to come on and the engine to go into an idle only safe mode. Found the wires melted in 2 spots, reconnected them and routed them how they were supposed to be. The shop that changed the engine didn't route them correctly.
