| 57000 mi | Driver side mirror broke - Dealership claimed would replace under warranty after primary driver (17 yrs old) called a couple of months before and wasn't told warranty would cover - Adult contacted dealership and repair arranged by dlrship. severe paint chipping on rear bumper - dlrship service mgr had pics from Mar 2010- agreed unusual - refused to repair due to no recall and escalation to Regional Mgr failed to acknowledge - took 2 months to schedule in town- unable to meet interior sun visor (passenger side) suddenly dropped down/broke while driving - Dlrship indicated several of same problem lately - replaced both driver & pasngr sun visor's under warranty with "potential recall" pending on TSB. |
