Negative terminal connector failed catastrophically. Removed terminal connector remnants and upgraded with higher quality replacement part. The corrosion wouldn't have been an issue if Toyota's stock cables used more robust clamps, but because they are very thin and can't be tightened as well as a more robust option the stock cables promote corrosion as much as they fail because of it. I had cleaned it up at each oil change or other under hood operation, probably close to every 60 days.
