Oil pressure sensor due to CEL. Helped with rough idle, but I still experienced the rough idle off and on after that fix. I never replaced the coil packs, but that would have been the next on the list of replacement parts to throw at it as no repair shop could ever diagnose the problem 100% and mostly I just drove the truck and let it sputter when it felt it needed to. |
