Tire pressure monitors in all 4 wheels failed due to corrosion. The metal valve stems failed and caused one tire to go flat. Dealer replaced all 4 valve stems and one sensor
44000 mi Routan wouldn't start with key or remote. I'm not sure what they did but it had something to do with a plastic part (replaced) that warps and interferes with the car not knowing it's in park...or something like that.
48800 mi

US $400
tire pressure sensors completely rusted/corroded - needed full replacement
18000 mi Loose driver side sliding door stripping. Needs to be replaced. Covered under warranty. Stripping ordered and will be replaced at next trip at no cost to owner.
31000 mi Driver side sliding door intermittently will not close automatically. Dealer updated software and greased tracks of door. Update: one instance since, but seems largely fixed.
