Car began throwing intermittent dash HUD warnings to "tighten gas cap," then "check emissions system," around 75000 miles. OBDII reader pulled code P0456, very small evap leak. DIY replaced gas cap with OEM Honda cap, car threw code again within two weeks of replacement. Dealer replaced evap valve in tank. Issue appears to have been resolved so far and repair was cost effective but part took absolutely forever to come in. Car did not suffer in driveability nor did it obviously suffer in gas mileage during the wait.
33000 mi
Fix = Replaced a single Wheel Pressure Sensor.
Flagging SMS SYSTEM intermittently
(in cooler temps)
Dealer suspected damage when tires were changed.

IMA battery software re-flash from Honda.

Engine is not always stopping when the car has stopped at a light, stop sign, etc. Dealer blew it off and said that it wouldn't stop in cold weather. Always did last winter, dealer. What a joke!
54000 mi
Dash light indicated "engine" problem. Dealer initially said that hybrid battery should be replaced. Then Corporate said "No!" - upgrade car software first. Did that, and am monitoring mileage to see if it changes.
