Pads were worn out and rotors were warped (in the front), dealer replaced them at our expense. Oddly, the wheels were not balanced when they fixed the brakes... Something our Chrysler dealership does with each check-up or brake repair. Our Venza has very serious steering problems. The steering column clicks, whines, and knocks etc... The car has difficulty staying in a straight line and gets thrown off by the slightest road imperfection. Toyota takes no responsibility.
