12500 mi Dealer ordered lube to stop creaking in rear. I brought it in for the lube (3rd trip) to be applied and they led me to believe that it would only take a few minutes -- I assumed 30-40. After a while they came to me and said that they had been mistaken about the cause of the noise. The car was ready
