TSB 16-108 Odyssey second row outer seat repair for slide function. Right side sliding door occasionally jams and makes popping sound when opening or closing. Service writer observed the problem. Worked fine when picked up but problem still exists occasionally (just when using handle, as opposed to button).

US $145
Sliding door has been jamming occasionally for a while, getting worse over time. Tech discovered two problems - a bottlecap wedged behind one of the latches in the door frame, and chocolate melted around one of the door latches (these are on the bottom of the door). He removed the debris, lubed with white lithium grease, but there is still a little chocolate inside the latch so I will need to take a hair dryer to melt all the chocolate and restore full functionality.

2nd row seat recall on brackets and springs Right side sliding door still getting jammed frequently, both on open and close. Replaced bottom roller assembly. Still not working correctly.
