Passenger front and passenger rear left window broken. 3 out of 4 windows have failed. 
1000 mi We've noticed driver side mirror vibration. Problem was reproduced during test drive with a service tech. After that they inspected a mirror for possible tightening issues and decided to order a new one. Dealer installed new mirror, but this didn't fix the problem. 
1000 mi Dealer again confirmed problem with vibrating driver side mirror. This time they've contacted Mazda and ordered "some special kit, which will solve the issues". Dealer installed repair kit, but broke the mirror and had to order a new one, which delayed a repair to 5 days total. Rental car was provided at the dealer expense. Unfortunatelly there is no improvement after repair was finished.
