Car sounded like a woodpecker on cold/warm startup. Diagnosed bad lifters. Second time replacing bad lifters under warranty since owning.

370-horsepower 5.7L V8 5-speed shiftable automatic RWD

5000 mi Engine knocking. Dealer replaced crankshaft, rod bearings and one piston assembly due to scoring on factory parts. 
5000 mi Knocking persisted after bottom end rebuild performed back in March. Dealer installed reman factory shortblock. Knock improved, but now leaks and burns oil. Do not consider fixed. Oil leak from LH valve cover. Dealer replaced gasket. Still leaking. Car currently consumes 2qt per 1,000 miles.  
12000 mi CEL illuminated and stored P0137. Took to dealer; CEL went out so dealer did not replace part. CEL illuminated again with same code; returned to dealer next day and part was finally replaced. 
16000 mi repaired warped head (lh) replaced plug on block for dipstick tube CEL illuminated again; P0137. Dealer replaced O2 sensor.

23000 mi Found initial oil leak - dealer diagnosed timing cover leaking and discovered coolant leaking into the engine by the water jacket gasket. The inner coolant passage gasket was replaced and the timing cover was resealed. 
41300 mi The cam seal failed and caused an oil leak along the front of the engine block. 
43000 mi The timing chain cover was found to be compromised and was replaced with new.
