B1018 Code - Passenger Seat sensor failure which is a multi thousand dollar repair. The part itself is a weight sensor but with it out the car disables airbags. have to buy a new seat, all the controllers/motors/sensors as a package and have them installed by a dealer. Can't put the part in yourself because it takes a dealer tool to set the codes for the part to match and turn the airbags back on. Dealer won't let you bring in a part from a salvage vehicle, they want the sale of the new parts.
