Went in for NH state inspection. Needed tires, and they price matched Michelin Pilot Sports, with free rotations for life of tire. Put them on! Got a call 4 hours later, said someone, not them, cross threaded a lug nut, I needed to buy new hub assembly for $800.00, and the part wouldn’t be in until tomorrow. Some price match! I’m not sure I’ll go back for the free rotations. This, after a bad diagnosis on my Tacoma a week prior! When it rains, it frickin’ pours... |
