45000 mi Vehicle leaked coolant. Dealer replaced radiator and upper hose. 
7000 mi Cold start issue with occasional need to crank the engine for several seconds to start. Tech couldn't duplicate, starting car several times. The car had been driven in to dealer and was warm so no cold start (duh).

Battery pack replaced. Car could not start. Service engine notice appeared. Towed. Issue was the battery connection contacts during start up. Somehow needed to replace entire battery. On the forums probably less than 5 battery replacements. 
"electrical service needed"500e warning then complete powertrain fail. Towed to desler, somehow they resolved problem and wanted to keep a few days at that point I leased a 2015 500e.
