US $508		 Check engine light came on. Took to dealer for evaluation (and it was also time for regular maintenance). Mass Air Flow Sensor was not functioning and was replaced. Dealer did give me option to take it elsewhere but I have had good service with fair rates from my preferred Lexus service departments.
