370-horsepower 5.7L V8 5-speed shiftable automatic RWD

24500 mi Internal valve was sticking in valve body. Vehicle would not shift out of 2nd gear. New valve body installed, trans fluid refilled, new trans filter. Covered under factory warranty. 
8400 mi Loud squealing when shifting into drive or park. Told it is a normal selonoid noise. No repair made.

1000 mi Used compact spare on left front. Car went in and out of awd. When in awd, upshifts occurred between 3500 and 4300 RPM ( much higher than normal). Car intermittently made a strange sound and pulled suddenly to the left. This occured on accel

17000 mi 2nd recall notice. Sometimes shows the car in Park without actually being in Park. Dealer unable to fix per recall due to lack of updated parts/software.

4 recalls on transmission. Did software upgrade as well as installed something to Make it so it wont go into drive with door open. (stupid thing). Also, was to provide a car per contract but said "they were not doing that any longer".
