| 28000 mi | A/C control panel developed crack near decorative debossed area (not by touch buttons). Dealer initially said would not be covered by warranty. Escalated to manager, who authorized repair. Parts ordered from Ford. Dealer replaced A/C control touch panel, which had cracked, under warranty. While vehicle was in dealer service center, the drivers exterior mirror was damaged. The housing was cracked, the integrated puddle light broken, glass broken, and power fold mirror failed. Dealer replaced whole mirror assembly at no charge. |
