2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA 4dr Sedan

turbocharged 208hp 2.0L I4 7-speed automated manual FWD

3000 mi Oil leak around seal on engine. 
10000 mi Delayed response to accelerator pedal. Message: "ESP/Cruise control inoperable". Restarting the car cures the issue for about 1-2 hours (was on a long 1500 miles trip). Dealer checked the drive-by-wire cable contacts, cleaned them and replaced them.
