turbocharged 240hp 3.0L V6 Diesel 8-speed shiftable automatic AWD

There was a whirring noise that was speed dependent in the left front of the car - ended up being the wheel bearing was bad and had to be replaced.

supercharged 310hp 3.0L V6 8-speed shiftable automatic AWD

10000 mi Notchy feeling in steering once car was warm. Dealer confirmed they lubed intermediate steering shaft and to let them know if problem returns (which it has 6 months later). 
13300 mi Notchy and/or clunk felt during slow speed (i.e. parking, etc) maneuvers. Initial action was to lube the intermediate steering shaft (ISS) but as it was reproduced during test drive, ISS was replaced under warranty.
