2015 Chevrolet Corvette 2dr Hatch

460-horsepower 6.2L V8 8-speed shiftable automatic RWD

17000 mi Windshield replaced after crack. Paid for by Insurance Co. However, the installer said this was very common in 14-16' Corvettes due to pins on each side of the top of the windshield to help the factory install windshields. Stress against these pins cause cracks on the inside glass portion of the laminated windshield. There was no crack on the outside. GM has since modified the windshields eliminating the pins. Sad that my Ins. co paid for GM defect.
39000 mi

US $1000
Tire replacement
4000 mi Folding seat release lever broken inoperable
