Wife said car started idling rough and quit on her a few times over the last couple of days. I knew the throttle body needed cleaning so I cleaned it and went ahead and replaced the spark plugs. After that I drove it and could tell it still wasn't idling right but there was no check engine light and it didn't quit on me. Next morning I drove it again and it was idling rough and almost quit on me and then the check engine light finally came in. Ended up being the intake VVT solenoid. Replaced both it and the exhaust VVT since I figured it wasn't far behind. So far so good.
