Problem was with alternator, private garage replaced alternator twice still didn’t fix problem. WENT to Mytrle Beach KIA, my private repairmen told them it was NOT the alternator, he replaced it. KIA put in THEIR NEW alternator charged me $600 for it. Refused to give me the old one that was brand NEW, instead they got rid of it, what a rip off???????????????? I tried to call KIA headquarters to file a complaint, also my 1st mechanic also tried to file a complaint with KIA headquarters. ???????????? |

Could not duplicate intermittent failure of audio system, no sound through speakers. As of 9/23/16 problem has not recurred. Replace rear window shade button due to failure of spring assembly |
