| 32000 mi | Transmission shifts very hard with a noticeable thunk in the first 2 gears. The dealer replaced the torque converter and fluid last year. They replaced the transmission fluid again in October. It seems better but not they way it should shift smoothly. |

Dealer kept for two days to diagnose and conduct service based on information provided. Repairs didn't fix issues and GM was contacted and new transmission is required for repair. Awaiting final authorization. |
