2017 Ford Fiesta 4dr Hatch

turbocharged 197hp 1.6L I4 6-speed manual FWD

31701 mi Front brake pads and rotors replaced; were nearly metal-on-metal and making grinding noises. Dealer failed to note their condition at previous scheduled maintenance service. Cost was covered by prepaid service plan I'd purchased when I bought the car new.
