Front Passenger and Rear Drivers Side door handle caps were broken causing the door handles to come out in your hand. Parts came unpainted from the dealer. Painted and installed parts and noticed the dealer had stripped the screws on the previous reinstall. After examining the one remaining door cap, it was noticed that they were overtightened causing them to crack and fail. Door handle caps are of a poor design and are damaged because they are overtightened during installation and the dealer using a standard Phillips on a JIS screw.
